Please provide SPECIFIC DATES AND TIMES required for boat, truck, laboratory space, lecture room, equipment, etc., and please specify if BIOS educational assistance is required.
Note : This section must be completed in order to ensure space and facilities availability.
If, due to conflicts with other BIOS users, we are unable to reserve your requested time slot, minor changes will be made to accommodate your needs and will be discussed with you before you arrive.
