Victoria Millett, CPA

Prior to joining BIOS in June 2013, Victoria worked at CellOne Bermuda as Financial Controller and Finance Manager. As part of the CellOne management team, Victoria successfully lead the company’s financial operations through a merger, several billing, and financial reporting conversions while maintaining the integrity of the financial performance processes and meeting strict reporting deadlines from an overseas publicly traded parent company. The 2011 merger and immediate rebrand allowed CellOne to become the largest wireless carrier in Bermuda.

As Treasurer and Controller, Victoria is responsible for leading the financial operations at BIOS. This includes all facets of financial reporting and management of the Finance Team.

Victoria is a Bermudian qualified accountant licensed out of Illinois by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Victoria was awarded her CPA in 2003 and received her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Victoria is a member of several accounting societies and enjoys mentoring others pursuing accounting studies. Victoria is also an active member of the St. David’s County Cricket Club where she has held the post of Treasurer for several years and assists as needed in an advisory and volunteer capacity.
