Mr. Ryan Robinson
As Executive Director of Development, ASU Foundation, Ryan Robinson leads the case creation, team building, fundraising efforts and strategy for the Global Futures Laboratory (GFL) at Arizona State University. Prior to coming to ASU Ryan served as Senior Director of Major Gifts in the Western States for the University of Michigan where he led UM's frontline development work in the Bay Area, Colorado, & Utah and also served as the national co-lead alongside the Executive Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Robinson helped create the DEI strategy for the National Major Gifts Team as a DEI liaison.
Prior to this he worked as the Director of Development at the University of California San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) through the silent phase of UCSD's $2B campaign to the two most successful years of philanthropic support in GPS's thirty year history. As a capstone to an eight year tenure at the Oregon State University Foundation, Robinson oversaw a $135 million scholarship drive and designed the $10M Presidential Scholarship Initiative as the Director of Development-Central Initiatives in OSU's successful $1B campaign.
Robinson has been featured as a SportsCenter Top 10 play, managed a Grammy nominated singer, and helped run a Portland Mayoral campaign. Robinson is a fellow of the Advancement Leadership Academy.
