Victor Da Silva is a qualified Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) with over 18 years of experience in the facilities management field. Prior to joining ASU BIOS, he started his facilities career as a Building Superintendent and became the first General Manager of Real Estate and Facilities at Gibbons Management Services Limited in 2016.
Victor was responsible for overseeing the management of 21 commercial buildings, a dozen residential properties, a facilities Team comprising of five facilities managers/technicians, leases, project management and capital improvement projects for the entire group.
Victor is passionate about facilities management and looks forward to sharing his experience with the ASU BIOS facilities team and improving the physical plant and facilities services at ASU BIOS.
