Kwe'Shon was introduced to BIOS in 2007 through Waterstart where he developed his love for the ocean. He was a BIOS Bermuda Program intern for two years in 2014 and 2015 before beginning his first period of employment as the BIOS small boats and dock supervisor in 2016. In 2017, Kwe'Shon studied marine systems at The Landing School in Arundel, Maine (U.S.). He is also a PADI Master SCUBA Diver Trainer (MSDT). Before returning to BIOS in 2022, he worked for three years as a a commercial diver, marine mechanic and recreational dive instructor.
