Yasah Pitcher joined ASU BIOS in November 2024. In her Laboratory Operations Coordinator role, she supports visiting scientists and research groups by managing lab logistics, scheduling, safety protocols, shipping and receiving budgeting, and overall operational support for research activities.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (2010) and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2014) both from the University of Rhode Island. Yasah brings about a decade of experience from Waters Corporation, where she worked as a Service Engineer for UPLC/MS instrumentations and later as a Chemistry Sales Development Specialist. She also contributed to the product launch at BrightSpec Inc., a start-up focused on Molecular Rotational Resonance technology.
In addition to her scientific background, Yasah is a licensed real estate agent in Bermuda, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, and is a dedicated wife and mother, balancing a dynamic professional life with her personal commitments.
