As the eldest child, Mukesh began cooking for his family at an early age, but it wasn't until he arrived in college that he considered a chef as a possible career path. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in hotel management and worked at 4-star and 5-star hotels in India and Dubai before joining Carnival Cruise Line in 2012. In 2013 Mukesh came to Bermuda and, since then, has worked at a variety of establishments including Indigo (now closed) and Pickled Onion.
Mukesh joined the BIOS staff in 2017 as the Head Chef, where he translates his knowledge and passion of cooking into delicious meals for visitors, students, and staff.
