Khala graduated from Bermuda College with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Shortly after graduating Khala worked in the hospitality industry where she became well versed in customer experience and service. Prior to joining BIOS Khala worked in the field of alumni and annual giving where she grew to love fundraising and donor relations. Her role in the Advancement, Marketing and Communications Office involves stewardship, database management and donor communication.
